  • Communication Preferences – Your opt-ins for marketing or updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve Creatorwood services.
  • Process payments and payouts.
  • Communicate with you about your account and updates.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or security threats.
  • Improve our AI models and platform features by using:
    • Uploaded content (scripts, books, videos, etc.) for internal training, testing, and quality control.
    • Aggregated and/or anonymized usage and viewership data to optimize AI generation quality, recommendation systems, and overall user experience.

We will never redistribute your original works in their complete form or sell them without your permission. Training use is strictly for enhancing the Creatorwood user experience.

3. Your Content, Usage Data, and AI Training

As part of operating and improving Creatorwood, we may use:

  • Your uploaded content to enhance AI accuracy, visual consistency, and generation capabilities.
  • Aggregated and/or anonymized usage and viewership data to identify trends, improve recommendations, and refine platform tools.

You retain full ownership of your original works. If you prefer not to have your uploaded content used for AI training, you may contact hello@creatorwood.tv to request an opt-out. This opt-out applies to uploaded content but does not prevent the use of anonymized usage data for improving platform features, as such data cannot be linked back to you personally.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers – e.g., Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers for platform operation.
  • Legal Authorities – If required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.

  • If your content has been used for AI training, improvements may remain in trained models even after the original content is deleted. These improvements are non-identifiable and cannot be used to reconstruct your original work.

9. International Users

If you access Creatorwood from outside the United States, note that your data will be processed and stored in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
